Experience

Fitness became part of my life during university, and it’s been a constant ever since. Over the past few years I’ve learned how to balance strength training, mobility work, and nutrition in a realistic way. I’ve worked with a few friends who were brand new to the gym, and seeing their progress reminded me why I love coaching. I focus on building good habits first, because once that foundation is there, results always follow.
