I started lifting in high school and have spent the last 8 years experimenting with different training styles—strength, hypertrophy, and conditioning. Through that, I’ve gained a real appreciation for how individual fitness can be. I’ve helped several friends design programs that match their goals and lifestyles, whether it’s putting on muscle or getting back in shape. I like keeping things straightforward, focusing on consistency and smart progression.
