I’m a strength and rehabilitation-focused personal trainer with 7+ years of experience working with adults across all fitness levels, including pre- and postnatal clients. My background includes active rehab, post-injury training, mobility limitations, older adults, and general strength conditioning. I help clients managing pain, joint issues, post-surgical recovery, and pregnancy-related changes rebuild strength safely through evidence-based, individualized programs.

Training Approach

My approach starts with movement assessment and understanding how a client’s body currently moves, not just their goals. I focus on restoring mobility, joint control, and foundational strength before progressing intensity. Programs are individualized, pain-aware, and adaptable day to day. I emphasize proper mechanics, progressive overload, and long-term sustainability.
